Kimberly Cavoores

Kimberly Cavoores is a hospitality veteran and creative strategist with over a decade of experience bringing wine programs, lifestyle concepts, and hospitality brands to life. From Michelin-starred dining rooms in Manhattan to a beloved boutique wine shop on the North Fork, Kimberly’s career has been defined by storytelling, team building, and soulful, guest-centered experiences.

A Boston University graduate with a background in Public Relations, Kimberly cut her teeth at the tables of Terroir and Hearth under Paul Grieco, worked harvests in Australia and Napa, and went on to hold senior roles at industry institutions like Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Maialino, and Marta. She’s launched beverage programs in luxury hotels & curated private cellars for high-net-worth collectors.

In 2020, Kimberly founded One Kourt Studio, a thoughtfully designed retail concept that celebrated minimal-intervention wines, storytelling, and community. It grew from a dream to a seven-figure brand, earning praise in Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, and The New York Times, before she exited the company in 2024.

Kimberly continues to consult for hospitality brands, wine portfolios, and hotels—blending creative strategy with operational rigor. Her approach draws on over a decade of experience spanning the restaurant floor and the vineyard, enriched by formal studies through the WSET and a deep personal dedication to the craft. A former competitive equestrian, she brings the same discipline, focus, and grace under pressure to her professional work—balancing instinct and precision with every pour, pairing, and program she builds.
